01 What does "research use only" mean?
Every product we supply is intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption or use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
We do not provide instructions for reconstitution or product usage, and we cannot respond to inquiries about product effects or personal use.
02 Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Our products are third-party tested for purity and potency, and Certificates of Analysis are available upon request. Contact us with the product and batch you are asking about and we will provide the relevant COA where available.
03 Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time we ship within the United States only.
04 How long does shipping take?
Orders ship with two-day priority shipping.
05 Is there free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders over $400.
06 Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes. We are Hudson Valley owned, and local pickup and delivery are available. Contact us to arrange it.
07 Is there a discount for first-time customers?
Yes. First-time customers receive 20% off their entire order.
08 What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. There are no returns on any products once ordered.
